PhoenixMUD is a heavily modified Circlemud. With 11 races and classes to pick from starting out, with Same Class Remort/Same Race Remort and Different Class Remort/Different Race Remort available. A potential of 400 levels, if you choose. The battle system is one of the smoothest i've ever encountered on a mud. Right now our player base is low, but we're looking to change that! Yes, there are only a handfull of active players and sometimes it can be lonely. What time are you available to play?

I've been logging in on and off, and it's usually just me.

I logged in moments before this post and there actually was someone else on. The Who list says that there have been as many as 5 on simultaneously since last boot.

5 is pretty good for us right now.. Dont see if often, though. Trying to change that. It will take some time.
