Erra Pater: The Burning Post

Decades ago, mages and men worked together throughout the realms. The Seven, those most powerful mages of the realms, guided both man and mage alike, as needed. But in Sun Calendar 109, King Dav ab Harmon of Lithmore disregarded their advice. Soon after the Royal Apartments were immolated in fire and the Royal Family was slain, for all but King Dav himself were there. In retaliation, King Dav has embraced the religious Order and launched an inquisition of the mages and is annexing his neighboring Kingdoms. As those in the newly consolidated kingdom vie for power, with whom will you stand?

We host an intensive RP mud in an original world with a unique dark low-fantasy theme. While much of the game's theme is centered around the macabre, there are other in-game avenues such as bards, merchants or medieval scholars.

Experience is learned through roleplay using two-tiered rpxp system. XP is allocated for various skills, stats, or character advantages. Skills are learned from being taught, through use, or from being inspired by others. Magic is difficult to obtain, but very unique and interesting. We have multiple guilds and a small but dedicated player base.
