War has long been a part of life in , but until now, a conquering city-state did not have the power to administer a conquered city-state. To rectify this, we've created a new city Ministry - The Minister of Occupation.

When a city-state is conquered or surrenders, the conquering city has the option of appointing a Minister of Occupation, who gains access to nearly all the powers of all the Ministries of the occupied city, from access to the city revenue logs to control over the city library to the ability to set the budgets for the various Ministries. In addition, the Ministers of the conquered city will no longer have access to, for as long as the occupation lasts, commands like the following:
Consign
Allocate (except for withdrawals from the War ministry)
Appropriate
City withdraw
City assess
City comm
City taxrate
City title
etc.

There's currently an epic war raging that involves nearly the entire land, with the Duiran Council, Ashtan, Spinesreach, and Bloodloch, as well as numerous guilds and religious Orders, involved. Emotions are running high and it's an exciting time to be part of . Come in and enjoy!
