I'm currently playing on Shadowgate mud.

Currently we are between 5 - 15 logging on a regular basis.
I would like to with some new peoples as well. Allow me to give a small description.

ShadowGate is a pure D&D mud. Every fan of Dungeon and Dragons will find character creation and general playstyle and lore very familiar. Complete with feats, skills, crafting and such.
Those who don't know D&D very well. Try imagine Neverwinter Nights on a MUD.
Much like in Neverwinter Nights we also use the same dogma fra the Forgotten Realms. Do even deities and spells will be familiar to those you played that :)

It is played very much like D&D. Inviting to a healthy mix between Rp and Hack&Slash.
Roleplay is enforced, and people will seek you out simply to Roleplay. So do not expect to be able to go through it all Diablo style ;)

we have Avatars (Like GM's in D&D world) and imms who actually care about and are interested in what players are doing and run large scale plots that changes the world you play.
Cities have been destroyed. Deities have been killed and resurrected. All is welcome to suggest plots to the immortals of the world.

Latest change is that a Drow house has been established by players themselves.

So generally. Even we are a few players. We have a lot of fun Roleplaying, spiced up with hack&slash like dragonhunts or demon attacks and the like ;)

There is Player-killing. And if you do kill an other player. Often it will have Roleplay reactions. E.G. Attacking an other player with firestorm in a city, will have the citizens hate you for a very long time.

Wow, I played this game for quite a while and couldn't remember the name of the game or my characters. There's only three people on right now, which is surprising. There used to be a lot more on in the evenings.

Hehe, yea, there is ups and down on how many people are playing.
Usually on evenings there (US Time that is). there is about 10 - 15 online.
But thats exactly why I am adv'ing. Hoping to get some more to play with :)
