I'll link some of them here. Name Generators for RPGs - Pirates, Vampires, Hobbits, Elves, and more!
I have a writer who has put together some amazing articles on various types of name generators. I'll link some of them here. I highly recommend them as they are really great reads even if you don't need a character name right now (or an NPC name for a D&D campaign or whatever).

I find opening an encyclopedia or a telephone book to two different pages and taking the first names I encounter and then combining them as an easy method of random name generation.
