This is a discussion on "Talking Point: Who'd Play Your Character?" in the Top Mud Sites Roleplaying and Storytelling forum : Imagine they're going to include your favorite roleplaying character in a movie made about your game. Which actor/actress would play the part? Or would computer graphics be required?! Feel free to include pics so we can get an idea of who you're visualizing.... |

Tough one. I'll choose Jerem Tentec for this, who is usually a young, unusually
talented mage with a tendancy to get into fights larger than he can handle. I'm tempted to say Little Romeo, just to hear the screams of fury, but no... Logan Lerman. He played in Butterfly Effect, and seemed to handle himself well. Pictures? Alright... ![]() A scene from the movie: Jerem, and his army of broadway-dancing pink elephants. |

My current character, and this is scary, would best be played by Doris Day.

Benicio Del Torro. I know he would be perfect because my character was spawned by his stunning performance in 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas' as Dr. Gonzo.

MY current character, and this is REALLY scary, would best be played by Lauren Bacall. By the way, did you know that I knew Doris Day BEFORE she became a virgin? |

I'm on a perma-death mud so my characters die fairly regularly. My current one is a nobody (by design) and so wouldn't be played by anyone recognizable.

Capt. McCluskey from the Godfather played by none other than the stunning Sterling Haydn (pictured at left as General Jack D. Ripper).
Tough guy, cynical, hard-nosed, and yes... corrupt. "I guess I'm getting too old for my job. Too grouchy. Can't stand the aggravation." |

Afraid mine would have to be at least part CG. Foxes, even anthropomorphic ones, are a tad hard to do and not look totally silly as a costume. As for the actor to voice it... Steven Seagal maybe... Soft spoken, introspective, a bit sinical maybe, but will pound your rear into the ground if you annoy him too much. Or maybe not. The healer/cleric/druid combo I play doesn't pound people that well.
