Have you always wanted to play your favorite hero? Maybe Gandalf from Lord of the Rings, Goku from Dragonball Z, Batman from... well you get the idea.
Or how about villains? Voldemort from Harry Potter, Lex Luthor from Superman, or even the killer rabbit from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
How about a unique character with unique skills? Like a character modeled off yourself. Something you've made up. Or something so absurd that it makes no sense in this world.
Throw all of the above together, multiply it by 500 and you've got 'Project CR'. Based off the idea of a game called Chibot Ultra Battle (ChUB), Project CR is fast paced battle arena MUD where there are literally hundreds of characters to pick from. If your favorite character isn't there, then you can even create it down to the last detail; skills, fatalities, taunts and more. The original ChUB had nearly 1000 characters, and all (or most) of them will be converted to Project CR.
Started from SocketMUD, Project CR is still under heavy production. It is currently not open to play, but those who wish to see what it is like may connect to the MUD and check it out.
