Enchancia is a young but rapidly evolving Dungeons and Dragons style MUD. Coded from scratch and not relying on restrictive structures of pre-written MUD bases, Enchancia has much potential for expanding in unique directions.
However, two to three area builders are required. The ultimate goal is to create a land with 10,000 to 15,000 locations if not more. At present, no areas have been written and there is no set in stone plans, so the areas written are very open to the builder’s discretion.
The format of writing locations is very simple. Although at present the only implementing method is the use of pre-structured xml files that are uploaded, looking to the future, an online tool with a friendly interface and an ingame facility of area building should be available.
All those that apply will obviously be interviewed and given a few simple, most likely self-explanatory, guidelines but after that, the work done is up to you.
