During the first year of the OtherSpace reboot, we offered specific staff-requested human characters from Earth who would have been pulled from various time periods by chaotic rifts in space-time.

Starting this month, though, we've shifted to letting new players propose their own concepts for humans that have been unexpectedly snatched from their homeworld and dropped on the strange sentient starship known as Comorro Station.

The benefit of picking a human character like this is that you're not required to know any of the existing theme information about the game. In fact, the less you know for a character like this, the better for roleplaying a fish out of water!
