As an aside, I'd prefer if the Tavern of the Blue Hand didn't get added to "Recent Forum Discussions". The vast majority of the posts there just aren't relevant to MUDding at all, and as a casual browser of TMS, I come here to skim the topics for MUD-related issues, and not a poll about what color socks you're wearing. Or equivalently, Dulan posting to protest the posting of bad polls and demand apologies for them.

I'd also be happy if the "number of posts" ranking system got disabled, as certain people seem to view that as a "score" that they must improve.
