Delerak's right on the money. A player wipe might be fine on a H&S but not on a game where there's an established history and culture which impacts role-play.
The question I asked is whether the new game will constitute simply an upgrade of Arm or if it will be a completely new game. From the sound of things, it's going to be a completely different game. Now the only real question is when that game will open.
