Though I don't know much about the adult MUDs, I've certainly heard a lot about Lambda Moo which seems to be the mother of adult MOOs (Lambda.moo.mud.org 8888). Anyway, you can search for adult-oriented MUDs on the (the key word "sex" and "sexual" seems to come up with a more manageable listing).
