I have a single skill that is associated with some other, more complex functions, that I am trying to alter from being a targetted ability to self-only ability.

Although I am still learning basic C, I have worked with modifying existing skills many times, yet this particular one has not met any success so far.

I am seeking someone with some coding experience to bounce the skill's code off of and hoping to get some feedback or, with luck, a general fix to it.

I honestly don't think this is a major task, I am just not knowledgable enough to accomplish it yet.
