Likely you don't even need a lawyer for this, but one letter from a lawyer will undoubtedly wake them up (unless they are in bankruptcy and don't care). Make sure you screen capture all of your posts here about this and times and dates, it will be of value in the future.
About not needing the lawyer, just file with the court on small claims in the district/city where their company resides. Simple forms and very cheap to do, less than the cost of 1 hour with an attorney. If you want to try something less problematic, try contacting the BBB in the state where the company resides. This is usually faster and quicker results than court.
