Things have gotten ALOT easier since then hehehe...
There is a newbie area now, new players can also use the ntell command to speak with our newbie helpers and our wizards are currently working on new areas for newbies to kill. Quest orbs were implemented to show you which quests you have completed and how many you have left to find.
Everyone on the forums is extremely helpful as well from giving advice on trigger help for your client to just about anything.
