I too am impressed, though I also know a lot of MUDs out there would prefer you to have been a player loyal to them for a length of time before hopping in and hiring you. I know er only recruit staff from within our player base on AU, and at this time we're likely much smaller than you'd like as well, due to recent down turns in players.
