RP is enforced, RPXP (through passive/RPV and rewards) exists, and the players do run basically everything (with Imm support for many storylines, both small and large).
The playerbase is growing, slowly but surely, and during peak hours it should be very easy to find people in the major centers of activity.
No dragon races, but there are other interesting ones, with plenty of history, racial roleplay and interest.
I do recommend that you at least glance at the QuickStart Guide on the website (found at: because it should help you get right into the game, and into the action. Even for experienced mudders, the Guide is there to help you move quickly into the world of TP.
