Re: $100 for a REAL Coder
I'm not paying per hour, I am paying for the final product that can withstand an open beta test and final game opening. A lot of people don't pay the coders, but I am willing. And if they stay on once the game is up (And I hope they would be!) then we can talk continued financial payments. I am not opposed to actually paying my staff, after all they are a staff.
BUT the 100 initial is, again, for a codebase that does what I want, and ready for player review.
