The second batch of December skill and spell updates is in!

Split the necromancer spiritlore spellgroup in half, creating a new soulbind spellgroup.

Add level 17 druid salve 'insect repellent'.

Add level 30 druid spell 'thorn armor'.

Add an obscure level 32 druid skill 'call yeti'.

Add level 33 druid salve 'sunscreen'.

Add level 34 druid spell 'sandstorm'.

The next round of changes should be in a few days, and should open level 37 to the public. See you there!
