Uhm, but that can be done in any case, can't it? I can put a portal at the end of the dungeon that, when entered, redirect me to the entrance room. I'd like to implement "linked" objects, ie a portal linked to another portal, so that if you move the entrance portal for some reason (enlarging the dungeon, for example) the "end portal" would still be linked to it.

The only thing that really bugs me off is to have millions of "filling rooms" 99% of the time empty and not visited once. Thanks to the discussions here I'm now sure I don't want to load them unless really necessary, and creating them on the fly using already-loaded templates is an efficient enough approach I guess. Then I'll cache them to avoid too much creation overhead, and only in very extreme cases (1000 users, a miracle, and they all decide to massively explore the world) the disk caching will kick in.
