I'm still confused at the fact that you want to load 5 Gigs worth of rooms into your game that uses maybe (on a good day) .001 % of that. What gives man. Since when does a text MUD need more than 500 megs at most for the entire game. It would be like prepping for 10000 players and loading 10000 player objects just in case 10000 players wanted to log on.
Doesn't anyone remember the days of assembly when we had to code everything into 32K? Bunch of sloppy memory hogs out there methinks.
