Next month on Chiaroscuro, we'll open the second realm for players: the High City of Halagh. A wintry environment atop Himalayan-like mountains well northeast of Fastheld, Halagh is home to a stout humanoid people, averaging about four feet in height, called the Halaghi. They don't fear magic, they've got a fondness for gadgetry (they've even developed dirigibles), but they're pretty clueless about the existence of Fastheld or any other civilized places.
