It is finally here and I still cannot believe it. June 2006 marks the 10th Anniversary of Threshold being open to the public. 10 years ago I was in my first legal clerkship, and thought Threshold would just be a little hobby on the side. Little did I know it would soon come to dominate my entire life! I certainly had no idea how many tens of thousands of people Threshold would entertain, and would never have imagined the tremendous number of interesting and awesome people I would meet over the years.
For the month of June, there will be daily events run by admins and the STEA. There will be prizes galore and celebrations aplenty. We will have periodic double xp and half price food days (keep an eye on the calendar!). We are also having a registration special that is explained on our game forums.
Additionally, there will be a story writing contest that is open to anyone. Details can be found on our forums.
Finally, we would like to extend an enormous THANK YOU to everyone who has played Threshold at some point in the last 10 years. It is the amazing people that have made Threshold such a wonderful community for now over a decade. If you've ever played, or never played, drop by and take part in the celebration.
