Red Zone conflict is a MUD using the LP MUD Codebase, that is based around a fictional conflict during the 1960s in which a Communist warlord breaks from China to invade Indochina after Ho Chi Mihn is assasinated by a Green Beret Sniper.
NATO steps in to stop the aggressive movement by the Warlord, who gains support from Communist China and Russia.
That is where you, the soldier for NATO comes in. You choose from 3 branches of military (Each from a different country) Air Force, Army, and Royal Marines. Then you choose a main class group, aswell as a specialty. Using detailed organization and cooperation, you will have to conduct missions made by other PLAYERs. No Scripting.
Of course this is all of what is to come, and only a little bit of the big picture. Right now, if this interests you, you might be of help in the Design process. We are most in need of LP MUD Coders experienced with that code. We also need Artificial Intellegence Designers, Terrain Designers, Aircraft and Vehicle Designers, and many other positions!
