There were some very valid questions asked about our services so I will post them here so that it may clear up any questions that may be lingering. These will be made into a FAQ page today available on our site.
Do you have a Services Agreement / Terms of Service?



Do you have a contact telephone number?
We do not currently offer telephone customer service. Our support ticket system is ran on redundant servers both on site and off site and is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.



Are we guaranteed a specific uptime?
Yes. 100% Uptime. Now this is not always possible but in the case of any downtime, it is rounded to the nearest complete day, calculated based on your monthly payment, and that amount is refunded to you at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
Is there a guaranteed turn-around time on trouble tickets /
service requests?
All trouble tickets are answered within 24 hours at the latest. However, very rarely does a ticket go more than an hour without being answered.


Do you backup accounts regularly(Daily, weekly, monthly)?
All accounts are backed up every night and stored on an off-site secure server. These backups can be requested electronically at any time, for any reason, free of charge.
Are we able to request (Paying an additional fee) our
account be mailed to us on a CD/DVD?
With any paid account (basic, small, large, advanced) you are given the opportunity once every 90 days to request a hard copied (CD/DVD) backup of your account, free of charge, and have it mailed to your address via USPS. We will pay the postage. If you would like to take advantage of this prior to the 90 day mark, it is simply 1 USD and there is no limit to how often you can pay for this option.

The storage space given to the account, can it be used for
backups of non mud related / web related content?
As long as you are not storing anything that is illegal or otherwise banned by our Terms of Services than what you do with your disk space is up to you.


Are we the registrant's of the domain being registered(i.e.
account in our name at the Registrar)?
Yes. After receiving cleared payment for your first month, we will gather all registration information needed from you, we will register the domain, and then we will ask for your GoDaddy contact e-mail address associated with your pre-existing GoDaddy account or have you create one for free, then perform a push of the domain to your GoDaddy account. You will then have complete control over the domain and you control 100% ownership of that domain from that point on.

If not, may we move the name if we desire?
Once you control the domain, you can do whatever you like with it, taking into the considerations of GoDaddy's Terms of Service of course.

Is it possible to request custom Zone File configurations for the domain(A Records / CName Records / MX Records / SPF
Records)?
Absolutely. If you decide to use GoDaddy's name servers, an off-site companies name servers, or ours, all offer Total Domain Control. If you host with us, simply tell us exactly how you would like it to be set up.


How do you accept payment?
At this time, PayPal only.


Are there potential discounts on Quarterly / Annual
payments?
Yes. For paying Quarterly you will receive a 10% discount of the normal monthly rate. For Semi-Annually you will receive a discount of 20% of the normal monthly rate and for Annually you will receive a discount of 30% of the normal monthly rate. Can we request specific adjustments to plans, such as
additional web space?
Absolutely. All of our accounts are 100% customizable. However, the limited time offers associated with our plans are only offered for those pre-packaged plans.
