My guess would be no demand. Places like Blue Mile and ChunkHost offer full VPS servers with two orders of magnitude more resources for 6 bucks more. Honestly, anyone who isn't willing to pay 20 bucks a month to get a solid VPS server isn't going to pay 14 dollars either.

Frankly, the constraints on the proposed accounts here are ridiculous. Our base data set and development environment, not counting logfiles and recent backups, would barely fit in the 1.2 gig of disk space. 100 MB of web hosting storage space is just stupid. 50 meg of ram wouldn't even boot up our stripped down 'dangerous builders' building port, much less run the mainline server. On 64 bit servers, I would not be surprised if 50 meg was the norm for most stock muds these days.
