Good luck, it's going to take a lot of time and dedication from everyone involved. The best advice I can give you is, expect to not find anyone willing to help. That might sound mean, but really you shouldn't. If you expect a lot of help, and it doesn't come(it took us a while to get a good team) then you might end up disheartened and just give up. Where if you expect to do it all with who you have right now and you gain a good team, it will only increase morale and productivity.
