Heya.

ORB means Offline Room Builder. As the name says, you can build rooms offline. It has a nifty little function for renumbering the vnums.

I also think that if you like what you see in an Offline Room Creator, then check out a program called Area Editor. It costs a bit if you'd like to register, but you can use it for free for as long as you want.
