We are a group of mud developers who used to be part of the old Nightmare LPMud. As you may know, Nightmare has not existed since 2005. If you never had a chance to play it, it was one of the most immersive, varied muds of its time. Our project is called "Second Nightmare".

Nightmare was made up of many diverse areas, but they all shared a fantasy theme. Our team includes some of the original creators who worked on Nightmare. We're working with the Dead Souls 2 mudlib in an attempt to recreate and expand on the original Nightmare concept. We have a great number of reference materials outlining the makeup of the original mud. While we are aiming to preserve the original "look and feel" of Nightmare, there is obviously room for new ideas and expansion.

Our mud is in the early stages, but it's stable and currently up and running with its own domain and server space. Please reply if interested or send us an email at (remove NOSPAM from email address).
