You are hereby formally invited to the greatest masquerade party of all: Realms of Discordia.
After seven years of development and re-development, the entertainers are
ready to open the gates to a new world. This is a world rich with
opportunity and endless possibilities forty two races, fifteen unique
classes, 490 abilities, and an entirely original world of more than 6, 500
rooms. Not to mention that the world is ever-growing and expanding, based
on the input of gods and mortals alike.
As an actor in this elaborate play, there are many options open to you,
including: task assignation from the guards, lengthy and difficult quests or
campaigns, as well as exploration within the world and socializing. All of
these actions can accrue experience and points that can be used to gain
specializations within the Realms that make your characters more unique.
There are three separate kingdoms which are run by the actors that make the
decisions over laws, position appointments, and decide how justice is dealt
to the outlaws. There are also several religions available that you can
join, with the chance of meeting with your god or goddess when their
influential powers grow strong. It is possible to join guilds and clans, as
well, which adds depth to this home away from home.
So bring your costume and join us in our involved play of good, evil, love,
hate, sorrow, and joy. Many roles are open, waiting for you to fulfill
them. Some seek fortune and others seek destiny...
