Hi,

Today I'm happy to announce POE is almost in open beta and we will soon be inviting players to try and survive the first 'disaster'.

The story is this: You've been abducted by aliens - who, for their own amusement, gather humans and place them in various apocalyptic environments and watch. Success means you get to try and survive another apocalyptic disaster. Failure means death.


The way the game works will be like this:

It's a RP enforced mux.

Characters are preapproved for the 'disaster' round. Once the character dies, the player of said character does not get another until the next disaster round. Disaster rounds last until either every character is dead, the disaster has been resolved, or all characters have managed an escape. The time for a round can vary from a day to months.

When we're ready to accept characters for the first open round we'll make a post. We hope this will be within the next few months. In the meantime-- if you have any questions, ask away.
