I was eventually kicked off because I couldn't bring myself to leave a bad MUD that was steadily getting worse and worse and worse, and then it got so bad that they just deleted me for myself....
I had to delete my character. I had to know that I could walk away from this on my own. It would have been easy, to just leave my char and not come back. But I'm much happier that I stood up, told them I was leaving, and left. And there will be no going back.
