Tough one.
For DragonRealms...Warrior Mage followed closely by Thief.
For GemStone III...Warrior followed closely by Sorcerer.
Eaxia...Rogue(base class), Thief(Second-tier class)
Other RPGs....depends on what's available. I've been an Assassin, Geomancer, Guardian and Del'Ezz(Think Thief with Warrior toughness), off the top of my head.
