I dont belive he was looking for pity, but more of a direction.
Almost every owner/imp that hires coders and or builders, require exp.

My thoughts are that you start with the stock code base you wish to use, that can be found on .

and look at the code to see how it works, what does what, and why things do the things they do.

Same with building, also has a very well laid out fourm that you can find almost any answer on.
