Backups are, simply put, one of the most trying aspects of managing hosted services, both from the administrative, as well as the client side.
At best, even when all goes well, the client still has to contact the administrator to request a restore and wait for the response.
MudDrake has changed all of that. We have an integrated backup solution built right into the client control panel which allows our clients to backup their own data. What they want, when they want it. Restore functionality is built in as well, so you can not only backup your own data, but you are in complete control of what is restored also. Of course, backups can be scheduled to happen as often as you like.
This great feature was recently updated to improve the interface and add the ability to backup the email for all of your domains.
