AR is currently offline due to a 'network restructuring' at our host ISP. I'm told it will be only a temporary downtime, but that's also what they said last week.
Since our entire server is off the 'Net as well, for updates, come to 69.58.10.239 4000. It's a stock Circle 3, running on my home machine until our server is accessable again.
