The Good King has been gravely wounded in a suicide mission into the heart of shadow territory, but, with the help of some talented mercenaries and loyal soldiers, victory was had. Thus ended the great battle before more good beings had to lay down their lives.

With the destruction of a shadow source, the shadows in the area have faded, taking their taint with them, but it is far from the only one in the world. The battle is won, but the war has barely begun.

Even as this victory is secured, the Good King's capital city is under siege by their old rivals of Cliffside, assaulting the nation while they are focusing their efforts on the world threatening menace. Will their opportunism win them the city of Firmament? Only time, and you, can tell.
