So, I was looking at this double exp thing, and I came across this note in their forums:

"If you guys can finish in the top 5 when the vote gets counted then we can do double exp again..."

Isn't this the sort of stuff we aren't allowed to do? It's not rewarding a specific person for voting, but it certainly seems like a reward for voting.
