Alright, over a hundred reads and no replies tells me I may have been a little to vague on my first post.

Right now I'm focusing on the database for the player log in and PC recognition.

With having a main log in, and a number of PC under that log in, all of the PC'c can be promoted to Admin, demoted from Admin, given limited access, or be banned all at once.

Since coding for accessing the database different in each case, and the Player needs the option to switch between PC's without fully leaving the system, you are looking at a lot more code to go this route.
