Thank you! Back in college I did a lot of work writing similar documents but it's been over five years since I wrote my last one (for a Role-Playing and Gaming Association I founded there) so it was odd getting back in the old writing mode. The intent was to make the document as comprehensive as possible without being too technical. At eight pages (single-spaced, 12 pt TNR), it covers the operation of the site so as to avoid any misconception as to how things are run. It's also a living document, capable of amendment (which is a good thing since I noticed an omission just the other day...less than a week after we approved it...guess what's on the top of the agenda for Monday).
