I did not mean that I wanted only positive comments. Â Critiques are always needed in situations like this; however, critiques only serve to frustrate the process if possible solutions, or at least suggestions, aren't offered at the same time. Your second post contains a mixture of critism and suggestion. It is much more helpful.
