I once saw a codebase that fit some of the things I'm looking for, but I've forgotten where to find it.
Mainly, I'm looking for a codebase where the characters 'learn through doing' (i.e, skill-trees), but they forgot the skills if they never used them.
I believe the codebase was also levelless.
