Hmm. Having watched a lot of Inu Yasha and a bit of Bleach... I am having a hard time imagining how you mix the mythos of the two without seriously strangling (as it homocide) one or both sets of cannon for the two series. The former only barely allows for something vaguely like Bleache's "hollows", and in fact might seriously contradict it and the later pretty much rules out anything "but" humans and hollows, with no demons being allowed, unless they are the later.
But good luck with that...
