It seems like categories 3 and 4 will come under major debate. What designates what full advancement is, and could we agree on it? There have always been the naysayers that are going to ride the line with your "same as normal equipment" clause, and I could see new ones claiming that rather than restricting free users, they're creating new stuff for the paying people. Personally, I'd just combine the two. What would you seek to designate by dividing them up?
