if my take on RPI is correct then I think he means muds that actually exclusively refered to as RPI's.
Examples:
Armageddon,
Harshlands,
Southlands,
Fourlands,
Shadows of Isildur,
etc etc
I might be wrong though. he might just mean a mud with alot of role-playing focus.
