I am starting to find the old Ban the player method to not work, w/ the new flash clients basically proxying them to connect, and the fact I've had players switch ISPs to avoid bans. (the the is TOR etc....) I have taken characters from player for breaking the rules, and resetting skills etc. I've also got commands to disable communication for said players too.
