As part of our celebration of implementing HSpace 5.0 on OtherSpace, all players who have characters active on OtherSpace within 30 days *before* Sept. 1 will have RP Point costs for all ships waived. For those players, we will also waive the entire IC cost of the smaller runabouts and freighters.

Players who join OtherSpace after Sept. 1, 2009, must pay full RPP and IC costs.
