You might have better luck looking at mud discussion groups where they are likely to discuss such issues, i.e., 's Mud-DEV list, or searching newsgroups on .

For example, here is a thread in from the CircleMud mailing list that could be helpful

I hope that helps,

Question

I will check those but I think I should clarify we are using ROT codebase. I meant to mention in the first post. Thanks for the links Neranz, As I said it could give me an idea on how I can extrapolate the ones we have.

Trying to share my opinion here, but I always hated mob chart. Why not just use formulas for your builders? Or better yet, make an autoset for your builders so it can be done automaticly. If they are just looking them up then there is no reason why it cant be done by a function.

If you're currently using mob charts, I would advise to put it onto graph paper and plot it out, and then derive the formulas from the graphs. (I'm sure you could do it another way, but I suck at math, so that's how I would do it.)

Make some autosets, for varying difficulty of mobs, and exp should already be formula-based upon level...
