The Hyborian Lands MUD: Dark Shadows in Zamora

We are currently looking for a few bright, mature, creative, and energetic volunteers who would like to help a mud with loads of potential to expand a bit quicker.

THL is reaching its 4th year of development with the SMAUG 1.4a codebase (almost a yr online). We use a Hyborian (Conan) theme.

Most of our codebase has received the typical/standard modifications and enhancements, including all the expanded bitvector mods. There are many current enhancements that should satisfy any builders needs, but if you need something made/modified, we'll certainly implement it if its feasible.

Our OLC creation system is still fairly SMAUG, however, any tools or expansion you need urgently can be made for you. Our HELP system is also fairly updated, especially where builder information is concerned.

Note: Anyone asking to build will first be required to work on existing areas (such as rewriting descriptions, adding extra descriptions ..etc). Also, we are not interested in previously designed zones/areas.

We are also hiring Immortals to help newbies, update helpfiles..etc

We are -not- hiring coders.

Any work done for the mud is considered volunteer work and stays with THL, unless we state otherwise.
