NetHack rocks, even tho I get killed in odd ways... I was originally going to post HOW I died (in the game, you fool) but the CODE tag doesn't convert text to a monospace font

For me, it'd have to be MUDs, in general. That or maybe SubSpace... both are good.
 MUDs distract me from just about everything else. At least, when I still had one to play. Now I just code/work on a few... but I deviate. |

That is the weirdest game I've ever played...and I've played Alphaman (essentially the same thing, but better
 )I'll go hide now...but you try alphaman, its strangely addictive till you quit\die, you never want to play again... |
